Offering unparalleled views of the Atlantic Ocean and the sands of Sunny Isles Beach, the Association Community/Party Room, appropriately named the Great Room, is available exclusively for TDR Tower II residents and its members. Additionally, the Great Room is available to rent for private parties and gatherings.
Reservations are not accepted for use the following days:
All national holidays, Holiday Weekends, Mothers’ Day and Fathers’ Day, Passover, Easter, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year's Day, Super Bowl Sunday, Any dates between December 20 to January 8
Please see reservation FORM that must be completed and submitted to Management, along with all associated fees and deposit, at least fourteen (14) days in advance of the event.
